Information provided by you: When you sign up for an account or service that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). You can change your information by accessing your user account at mytouchmd.com. We use SSL encryption in the transmission of your sensitive personal information between your system and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information.
Billing information: TouchMD does not store your complete billing information on its servers. Instead, TouchMD partners with a secure payment gateway to provide a safe and secure payment procedure.
Server log information: When you access TouchMD services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. Additionally, we use standard internet tools, such as Google Analytics, to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website.
User communications – When you send email or other communications to TouchMD, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services.

Additionally, TouchMD uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. The technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
TouchMD does not share your email information with third parties, except our service providers, such as credit-card payment processors, performing services on our behalf. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. If you sign up for an account, TouchMD will collect your email address. TouchMD may occasionally use this email to contact you for site-related or support issues. Additionally, your participating TouchMD Physician may occasionally use this email to send you information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter if they opt-in to this service. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. In the event that you receive an email that you feel is spam and it appears to be sent by unknown sender or an affiliate of TouchMD, Inc, please forward the email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
